These terms cover your use of staggsplumbing.co and the plumbing services provided by Staggs Plumbing LLC, a licensed Texas plumbing contractor operating under Texas Master Plumber License #M-17697 (Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners).
Quotes and pricing
We price work flat-rate. After diagnosis, you receive a written quote before any work begins, and the price you approve is the price you pay. Our standard call-out fee is $69, credited to your invoice if we do the work.
Warranties
All work carries a 2-year labor warranty. Slab leak reroutes carry a lifetime warranty. Slab spot repairs carry a 5-year warranty. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment pass through to you. Warranty service requires that the original work was performed by Staggs Plumbing and paid in full.
Scheduling and access
Appointment windows are estimates; we call ahead when the technician is en route. You agree to provide safe access to the work area. Emergency response times are averages for our core service area, not guarantees.
