Priority Service: Members receive 24-hour priority service over non-member clients, ensuring expedited attention to their plumbing needs.
Annual Maintenance Services:
- Safety Inspection: Once annually, a qualified plumber conducts a comprehensive assessment of your plumbing system’s functionality. Following the inspection, members receive a detailed report and estimates for addressing any significant issues. During the inspection we will check all plumbing in the home from bathrooms to the kitchen, outside faucets, laundry rooms and water heaters.
- Camera Inspection: Members with accessible cleanouts benefit from an annual camera inspection to identify potential issues such as bellies, root intrusions, or breaks. Please note that roof access is not included.
Water Heater Maintenance: (1) Tank water heater under 5 years old (or previously flushed) will receive a complimentary flush during the annual safety inspection. For tankless units, members will enjoy a 50% discount on descaling services for the first unit. Properties with multiple water heaters will receive the membership discount of 10% on additional flushes or descales.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our service with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with our 5-star service, please inform us, and we’ll ensure to address any concerns promptly.
Transferability: Should you relocate during your membership, we offer seamless options. The new homeowner can assume the membership at no extra cost, or we can transfer the membership to your new residence. Please note that all inspections and maintenances are once yearly per customer.
Terms and Conditions: The Staggs Family Plan entails a 12-month commitment with a non-refundable annual fee of $180 or a monthly fee of $12.95. Upon completion of the initial 12-month term, members have the option to renew for another year (prices subject to change for renewals). In the event of early termination, any discounts availed by the member will be due in full.
