I heard water running while in the master bathroom and it was quite worrisome. After dealing with 2 other plumbers and a sprinkler guy, I stumbled onto Staggs Plumbing. Jonathan and Juan came out and I told them what the other plumbers had said. They claimed it was a slab leak and they'd have to reroute the plumbing. It was going to cost me anywhere from 3200-4200. Juan stepped in, very confidently, and said, this doesn't seem like slab leak. He was about 90% sure but said they needed to run their own test. I was hesitant because I had just paid $200 to get the air test done to find the leak. I reluctantly said yes but man was I ever happy when he said this will only cost you half of what the other guy quoted. Juan went in elbow deep and found the tiny pinhole that was definitely not under the foundation. They were able to cut away the old pipe, solder on some new and clean copper piping and I was good to go. These guys did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend.

Called a couple plumbing companies but no one had openings until the follow week.  Called Staggs and they sent a person out right away. Matt explained everything that he might have to do; 90s house, if welded and not screw in have to take out brick to replace and put in correct screw in version, if screw in then simple fix. Luckily was the simple fix.

Matt and Garrett were awesome. Even got a lesson on how to keep outdoor spigots lasting longer. Highly recommend this company. All around great experience in a stressful circumstance.

Only hiccups were suffering one night without water and no scheduled time notifications for digging/backfilling teams. Prompted me to call the office 3-4 times and ended up talking to the owner/founder (Randy) for the exact time for backfilling our trench. Anyway, good company--loved their online scheduling and overall service. I will be a repeat customer.

What started as a small leak turned into a huge job and Staggs did awesome. They did a great job of showing not just telling me what was wrong and why it should be replaced. We had a mix of cast iron, clay, and pvc pipes. They replaced all the plumbing and draining in our house and it is nice to know that it was done right.

Highly recommend! Honest, strategic, fair pricing, great communication After having conflicting recommendations for a slab leak from two plumbers at one plumbing company (tunneling vs jackhammering), I called Staggs based on a recommendation from our neighbor. Matt and Juan came up with a plan to reroute the pipes without causing any destruction to our floors or foundation. While the job took longer than expected, Matt made sure the team coming out the second day was clear on the plan and the job to be done. They were great to work with and openly communicated their findings along the way so I could learn more about the problem and about our pipe system’s layout. Would definitely hire them again!

We had an upstairs toilet that was leaking so they guys checked it out, were thorough & then gave us our options with their suggestions. They ran all the tests, diagnostics & such and found the issue. We were wondering if replacing the toilet would help & they honestly told us they didn't think that had anything to do with it, which was so honest & helpful!

They told us what we could do to fix the issue or said they could do it for us. We opted to have them do it as there were some work-arounds needed based on how the original owners built the bathroom.

They were amazing & warranty their work for a year!

Staggs Plumbing replaced my daughter's leaking water heater and did a fine job, with high quality materials, at a fair price.  The job was scheduled and done the day I contacted them.  The old cold water supply shut-off would not fully close and they took care of that problem, also.  The old overflow pan you can see in the photo is ugly but sound; it just needed a bit of sealant on the exit fitting so we decided I'd do that myself, saving some money and avoiding putting the pan in the trash.  I was very pleased with the work and the expertise of the master plumber who did it!  A true family business.  The next time I need plumbing work done, I'll certainly call Staggs first.

The smell was atrocious and being there are four adults in our home all day long either working or schooling we needed help quickly.
I found Staggs Plumbing online and was so grateful April was able to work us into their schedule within the hour...thank you April!
Jonathan Cortez and Juan Mendez were the two gentlemen sent to our rescue! They were both so kind and polite. They explained our situation to us, then quickly went to work fixing the issue. I had three sinks serviced. I have some pretty old plumbing that needed a few updates. After a kitchen sink leak caused by a broken cut off valve, I needed peace of mind it wasn't going to happen around the rest of the house. I had three sets of cut off valves replaced with the new kind that aren't rigid and don't break. I also had two sinks that were draining slow and one faucet that was dripping.

Two guys showed up and after giving them the list of improvements, went straight to work. The work was completed quickly but not rushed. The two new faucet replacements look great and all six cut off valves look professionally done. I was also pleased with the price.

I've had issues with Baker Bros and Benjamin Franklin fixing and then causing other issues. I doubt I'll have that problem with Staggs. Now I just need to find a good electrician to replace all of my loose power outlets.

Everyone with Staggs was great. From the first conversation, everyone was  quick to respond and on top of all the questions I had. Not only did they provide a competitive quote, but they did the work quickly and with quality. This project was for a bathroom remodel, so there were multiple steps between each inspection (plumbing, exhaust vents, new/multiple water lines, shower pan) and all parties at Staggs did a great job with that as well. At one point in the process something out of everyone's control happened over night, and the guys were here at the crack of dawn to fix the issue. Last point that must be said, given that it's the time of Covid - they were very respectful and courteous with regards to protecting me and themselves.

I would highly recommend and I'll be using them for future plumbing needs, too! Thanks to all that I worked with on this adventure!

I had Nicholas and his assistant work on my master shower today and am very pleased. The hot water valve in my 1960s home was original and had deteriorated to where it was no longer shutting completely, causing a constant drip. I had previously talked to a plumber who had told me they’d have to tear into my wall and redo piping to fix the leak. Nick with Staggs quickly disassembled the valve, identified the problem (a worn rubber piece), called the plumbing supply store and had it replaced and back to new within an hour. I’m very pleased with the minimally invasive approach, the professionalism, and the prompt response. From scheduling to paying, everything went really well and I never once felt like I was being up-sold or misled. I’d very much recommend Staggs Plumbing to friends and family.
