What We Fix
Running or phantom-flushing toilet: usually a worn flapper or faulty fill valve — quick fix. Toilet leaking at the base: wax ring failure — we pull, reset, and reseal. Toilet rocking: loose floor bolts or a deteriorated floor flange. Weak flush: mineral buildup in rim jets or a partial clog in the trap. Cracks in the tank or bowl: these can’t be patched — replacement is needed. Handle that doesn’t return, float that sticks — tank hardware replacement.
When To Replace vs. Repair
Toilets are repairable for most internal failures — flappers, fill valves, flush valves, handles, and wax rings are all standard parts. A cracked porcelain tank or bowl, however, can’t be repaired safely — the toilet needs replacement. If a toilet is older than 25 years and needing repeated repairs, a modern 1.28-gallon high-efficiency toilet often pays back in water savings quickly.
Toilet Installation
We install any toilet — one-piece, two-piece, wall-hung, bidet combo, or comfort height. We handle the removal of the old unit, floor flange inspection and repair if needed, wax ring, supply line, and final adjustment of all tank components.
